Healing Hearts

Healing Hearts is a horse-assisted therapy service led by Sarah and based at Beau Cheval Equestrian Center in Durbanville, Cape Town. The brand offers equine-assisted psychotherapy and learning, using interactions with horses to help people address emotional hurdles, personal issues, conditions, and physical trauma. Its approach draws on horses’ sensitivity to human body language, which is used to support the therapeutic process and encourage positive outcomes.

Healing Hearts also lists therapeutic riding among its services, extending its work to people seeking support through guided experiences with horses. In addition to therapy and learning, the business offers horsebox trailer rental and trucking. The website shares information about Sarah’s personal passion for horses, describes how the therapy works, and features a photo album for visitors interested in the horses and activities. Healing Hearts serves clients from its Durbanville location and can be contacted by email or phone to learn more about its services.
