Healing Within You is a trauma-informed support practice for women recovering from toxic or abusive relationships. Founded by Berly Canek, a survivor as well as a trained somatic practitioner, yoga teacher, EFT specialist, embodiment coach, sound healer, and CPD-accredited narcissistic abuse specialist, the practice combines personal understanding with professional training. Its compassionate approach is designed to help clients release shame, recognize harmful patterns, regulate their nervous systems, and rebuild self-trust and confidence.

Services include a free clarity call, somatic release sessions, private in-home yoga classes, and three guided support packages: Find Your Center, Deep Healing, and Rebirth. Sessions may draw on somatic coaching, polyvagal theory, trauma-informed yoga, mindful breathwork, EFT, and sound healing. The packages offer support ranging from grounding and stability to exploring recurring patterns and working toward lasting change. Healing Within emphasizes safety, validation, and gentle empowerment, without judgment or pressure. Through personalized sessions and supportive practices, Berly helps women move beyond survival, reconnect with their bodies, and reclaim their voices and sense of direction.
