Health 2 Employment (H2E) is a UK Community Interest Company focused on removing health-related barriers to work and helping people progress into employment and thrive in their roles. Established in 2015 and now part of The BUSY Group, it brings together occupational health, wellbeing and employability expertise to support individuals, employers, partner organisations and communities nationwide. The organisation is a Disability Confident Leader and aims to make its services inclusive and accessible.
For employability programmes and support organisations, H2E offers welfare-to-work services including occupational health assessments, counselling, talking therapies, case management, physiotherapy and health-focused training. Through its SEQOHS-accredited occupational health division, OH One, it provides employers with mental health support, absence management, return-to-work programmes, neurodiversity services, physiotherapy and musculoskeletal support. Individuals and small and medium-sized employers may also access fully funded, confidential support through the Access to Work Mental Health Support Service; no diagnosis is required. Additional services include private counselling and talking therapies, education and training, and mentoring and student support.
