Health and Hormones is a Hampshire-based, GP-led service specialising in menopause, perimenopause, PMS and wider hormone health. Founded by Dr Katie Hodgkinson, a GP and certified lifestyle medicine doctor, the practice offers compassionate, personalised care to help people understand their symptoms, consider treatment options and improve their day-to-day wellbeing. Consultations are held online, with face-to-face appointments available on request at Spire Hospital in Southampton.

Services include menopause and perimenopause support, assessment and management of premenstrual symptoms, hormone management, and lifestyle medicine consultations. Care may include regulated hormone replacement therapy, including oestrogen, progesterone or testosterone when clinically indicated, alongside tailored advice on nutrition and lifestyle.
