Wisdom Wellbeing, formerly Health Assured, provides employee assistance programmes (EAPs) and workplace wellbeing services to organisations across the UK. Its accredited EAP offers confidential mental health support around the clock, every day of the year, helping employees address personal and work-related challenges. The company says it supports 12.5 million people across 88,000 organisations and is accredited by BACP and NCPS.

Services combine preventative and responsive support, including counselling with qualified counsellors, 24/7 in-the-moment assistance, Virtual GP access, occupational health, and legal and financial helplines. Employees can also access critical incident advice, menopause support, and guidance for immediate family members. For managers and leaders, Wisdom Wellbeing provides expert advice and coaching, alongside workshops and webinars.

The Wisdom app gives users access to wellbeing resources, mood tracking, mini health checks, and personalised feeds. Each client receives a dedicated relationship manager to help promote and make effective use of its EAP. Wisdom Wellbeing also offers mental health first aid training, corporate wellbeing services, business assessments, and online pricing and demonstrations.
