Health by You Coaching is a personalized health coaching practice founded by Marjorie Henriquez, a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Drawing on her experience in high-pressure communications and her own health reset during perimenopause, Marjorie supports busy midlife women seeking to improve energy, manage stress, and navigate changes in health and weight. The practice takes a whole-person, root-cause-informed approach, considering how nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, relationships, and purpose can affect overall well-being.
