Healthcare Estates 2025

Healthcare Estates is the UK’s leading event for professionals in healthcare engineering and estates management. Organised by the Institute of Healthcare Engineering and Estate Management (IHEEM) and Step Exhibitions, it brings together NHS estates, facilities and engineering teams, suppliers, industry leaders and other healthcare-sector professionals. The next event is scheduled for 19–20 October 2027 at Manchester Central.

Its programme combines the IHEEM Conference, a free-to-attend exhibition, educational seminars and networking opportunities. Conference presentations and workshops explore issues shaping the sector, while the exhibition’s Keynote Theatre features sector leaders and audience questions. Visitors can meet more than 250 exhibiting companies and discover products, services and solutions spanning planning, design and construction, facilities management, HVAC and engineering, digital technology, water management, energy and sustainability.

Healthcare Estates also supports professional learning through knowledge transfer and continuing professional development content. Networking receptions offer opportunities to connect with peers, and the annual IHEEM Healthcare Estates Awards Dinner recognises achievements in healthcare engineering and estates and facilities management.
