Dr Megan McCarthy

Health Fit Clinic provides personalized primary and preventive care for firefighters, police officers, first responders, military personnel, and others whose demanding work depends on strong physical and mental health. Founded and owned by Megan McCarthy, DNP, a board-certified cardiovascular and adult nurse practitioner, the clinic focuses on helping people who protect and serve stay healthy and perform at their best.

Its services include athlete and occupational fitness wellness, heart health, hormone evaluation and management, cancer prevention, mental health and stress care, and comprehensive wellness physicals. The clinic also offers cardiac, cancer, and metabolic wellness programs designed to identify risk factors early and support prevention. Patients can arrange confidential, HIPAA-compliant video consultations through the telehealth platform, with in-person visits available near testing centers. Health Fit Clinic works with each patient to assess health, fitness, and wellness goals and discuss options for ongoing care. It also promotes a holistic approach to health, including diet, fitness, sleep, and stress, and offers an at-home mail-in test for insights in these areas.
