The Health Lodge Practice

Healthlodge is a medical practice in Knokke, Belgium, focused on preventive, holistic healthcare and healthy ageing. Its team combines internal medicine and specialist expertise to help identify health risks, detect conditions early, and support patients in making sustainable lifestyle changes. Care is intended particularly for middle-aged and older adults, ideally beginning around age 40, and may include evidence-based monitoring, digital tools, lifestyle guidance, and medication when appropriate. Healthlodge emphasizes treating the whole person rather than focusing only on illness, and works in collaboration with general practitioners and other medical and paramedical professionals.
