About HealthMatters Program
HealthMatters Program is a collaboration between the University of Illinois at Chicago and six states (Alaska, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, and North Carolina) with the goal of improving the health of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Their comprehensive program offers a range of products and services designed to promote health and well-being.
The HealthMatters™ Program includes the Virtual Coach, an application-based program that provides personalized coaching and support. They also offer a HealthAdvocacy™ Program, which empowers individuals to advocate for their own health needs.
