Health Nut Chefs is a personal and private chef service specializing in fresh, health-focused meals tailored to clients’ tastes, wellness goals, and dietary needs. The company serves clients in New York, New Jersey, Palm Beach, and Los Angeles, with services also listed for areas including the Hamptons, Westchester, Connecticut, and Jupiter Island.

Its part-time personal chefs consult with clients, design customized menus, shop for ingredients, prepare and package meals weekly, and leave clear reheating instructions. Full-time private chef services help individuals and families find a chef to prepare and serve meals five or more days a week, with travel support available on request. Chefs can also prepare and serve dinners or support special events.

Health Nut Chefs accommodates a wide range of preferences and protocols, including vegetarian, vegan, plant-based, gluten-free, kosher, paleo, ketogenic, and allergy-sensitive diets, as well as needs related to specific health conditions. Its cooking philosophy emphasizes seasonal, organic whole foods, locally sourced ingredients when possible, and scratch-made meals without preservatives, processed foods, or genetically modified ingredients.
