About HealthWISE
HealthWISE, located in Tamworth, New South Wales, is a brand dedicated to creating healthier communities in Rural and Regional New South Wales and Queensland. With a wide range of programs and services, HealthWISE supports individuals at every stage of life. From speech pathology services for children to healthy aging programs for older Australians, they offer primary and allied health, mental health, and Aboriginal health services.
They also provide specialist services and coordinate services where there are shortages or specific needs. HealthWISE recognizes the social determinants of health and aims to change the mindset concerning health by improving access to opportunities for becoming healthier.
