Healthy Evolutions is a naturopathic health practice helping women navigate hormonal changes and build a more energetic, confident next chapter. Led by Dr. Robyn Wright, the practice focuses on listening to each patient’s experience, reviewing laboratory results, and providing personalized guidance aimed at understanding underlying health factors rather than addressing symptoms alone.

Its services include support for women’s hormonal health, weight management, and thyroid function. Care is designed to help patients address concerns such as irregular cycles, sleep disruption, mood changes, fatigue, and weight gain. Healthy Evolutions describes its approach as holistic and individualized, with attention to hormone balance, metabolism, adrenal function, and thyroid health. The practice also emphasizes patient education and ongoing review of test results as care progresses.

Patients can book in-person or virtual consultations. Healthy Evolutions lists locations in Greenwood, Indiana, and Scottsdale, Arizona, and offers a patient portal. Its overall aim is to help people feel heard, informed, and supported as they work toward their health goals.
