Healthy Living

Healthy Living by Denise is a health and wellness coaching practice led by Denise, a certified health coach based in Long Island, New York. She focuses on supporting busy professional women and new mothers who want to improve their health while finding greater balance in everyday life. Rather than promoting rigid rules or denial, Denise works with clients to develop flexible, enjoyable approaches that fit their needs and goals.

The practice offers one-on-one coaching and group coaching, along with resources and events, webinars, and classes. Clients can schedule an initial consultation to explore how health coaching may help them build healthier eating habits, better understand their bodies, make self-care a priority, and set realistic goals. Coaching includes education about healthy diet and lifestyle, personalized support, and accountability. The site also provides recipes and practical tips through an email newsletter. Healthy Living by Denise presents wellness as a manageable, supportive process, meeting clients where they are and helping them work toward sustainable changes and a healthier, more balanced life.
