Praxis HealthyMind

HealthyMind is the practice of Claudia Hausmann, a certified hypnotherapist and mental coach based in Gossau, Switzerland. Working in the field since 2012 and in her own practice since 2021, Hausmann offers personal, confidential support tailored to each client’s pace. Her services include hypnotherapy, mental coaching and Hypnosport, which can be used separately or in combination.

HealthyMind supports people dealing with fears and phobias, stress, burnout, exhaustion, sleep difficulties, distressing experiences, self-doubt and inner blocks. Services also address exam and performance anxiety, while Hypnosport and mental training help athletes develop focus, confidence and composure in competition. Through hypnotherapy, clients work with patterns associated with the subconscious; coaching focuses on clarity, goals, strengths and practical steps toward change.

Hausmann draws on professional training and qualifications associated with SBVH, NGH, ASCA and OMNI. New clients can arrange a free, no-obligation introductory conversation to discuss their needs. The practice also offers a newsletter with reflections and self-coaching exercises. HealthyMind notes that its services support wellbeing but do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
