Dr. Lisa Folden is the founder of Healthy Phit Physical Therapy & Wellness Consultants, LLC, a holistic practice dedicated to the total health and wellness of their clients. Since 2013, Healthy Phit has been providing weight-inclusive physical therapy services, catering to individuals of all body types, shapes, and sizes, including those with chronic conditions and injuries resulting from eating disorders.
Dr. Folden's approach is trauma-informed and ensures that patients feel safe and comfortable throughout their treatment, without any body shaming or blaming. Alongside physical therapy, Healthy Phit also offers health and body image coaching from an anti-diet perspective, aligning with the Health at Every Size® (HAES®) criteria.
