UNDO.org is a California Department of Public Health program working to reduce the harm caused by the tobacco industry. Its mission focuses on confronting the industry’s effects on people and communities, including addiction, disease, environmental pollution, manipulation, and racial injustice. The site combines public education with campaigns and opportunities for Californians to take action.

UNDO.org shares articles and stories about tobacco’s impact, including the risks of vaping, nicotine pouches, youth addiction, and toxic tobacco waste. It also highlights Californians working to protect their families and communities, from young advocates to local business owners. Featured campaigns encourage people to challenge tobacco marketing, protect young people, and support policies that limit tobacco sales and exposure.

Visitors can learn about efforts in California cities to end tobacco sales, explore information on flavored tobacco restrictions, and contact local officials or share messages to support change. For people who want to quit nicotine, the site directs them to Kick It California, which offers free tools and support, including an app for personalized planning, progress tracking, and managing cravings.
