Heartfelt

Heartfelt is an Australian Catholic-inspired grief community led by people with lived experience of loss. Founded to honour the memory of Veronique and her cousins, the community offers a compassionate place for people to speak openly about grief, remember loved ones and explore meaning after loss. Its approach is grounded in listening without judgement or unsolicited advice, while welcoming people of every age, gender, sexuality and faith.

Heartfelt provides free weekly online gatherings, face-to-face community gatherings and a pastoral community offering companionship and a listening ear. Participants can join at their own pace, finding support through shared experiences and connection with others who understand grief. Spiritual resources include prayer, reflections on Scripture, meditation, music, songs, apps and past sessions, with guidance informed by Catholic teachings and the wisdom of other faiths. The website also features a blog, podcasts, community talks, events, testimonials and a shop. Heartfelt shares regular reflections and updates through its newsletter and invites people to contact the team to learn more or join a gathering.
