Heartlink

Heartlink is the Ealing Hospital Heart Support Group, a registered charity supporting local heart patients, their families and the wider community. With more than 30 years of work to improve heart health, the organisation provides free information, education and practical opportunities for connection and wellbeing.

Its services include hospital information desks and patient ward visits, educational seminars, community hubs, health walks and a Wednesday Walkers group. Heartlink also shares heart health advice, presentations, patient stories and useful links, and runs a community campaign focused on awareness, prevention and early detection. Its screening programme brings health checks, education and advice into familiar community settings, with clinicians and pharmacy professionals carrying out checks and volunteers supporting engagement and follow-up.

To make reliable guidance easier to access, Heartlink produces short films on heart health and shares updates through its website and social media. Its HARI digital assistant helps people find information about heart health, services, activities and resources. Heartlink also welcomes volunteers, donations, members and supporters to take part in its work.
