With a focus on mental health challenges, which affect 1 in 5 U.S. adults annually, we offer a comprehensive Training Program designed to empower students with evidence-based support skills.

Our program consists of a 10-week series of workshops where participants learn crucial skills like active listening, crisis management, and resource referral. Additionally, our SMS-based platform, the hEARt Line, facilitates anonymous connections between individuals seeking support and trained peer supporters.
