Heart Lotus QiGong is a Capital Region New York practice offering classes and holistic services centered on qigong, the cultivation and harmonizing of vital life energy. Led by Diana Wells, a registered nurse and family nurse practitioner, certified qigong teacher, and healer, the practice draws on her more than 35 years of experience in meditation, mindful movement, and energy practices. Its approach presents qigong as an accessible self-care practice that connects movement, awareness, and calm.
Services include qigong classes, qigong massage, and programs focused on cancer care, pain management, and seniors. The practice also offers Tellington Touch and qigong for pets, along with appointments and consultations. Classes introduce methods participants can incorporate into daily life, with an emphasis on flexibility, vitality, relaxation, and mindful practice. Heart Lotus QiGong shares information about qigong through its website, blog, and calendar, and invites people to contact Diana Wells by phone or email to learn more or arrange an appointment.
