HeartMate

HeartMate Førstehjælp ApS provides practical first-aid and water-safety training for businesses, associations, and individuals. Its goal is to help people feel confident and prepared to act when someone becomes seriously ill, is injured, or experiences cardiac arrest. Courses are delivered by health professionals and tailored to participants’ everyday settings and needs.

Rather than relying mainly on theory, HeartMate emphasizes realistic scenarios, hands-on practice, and engaging instruction. Its first-aid offerings include life-saving first-aid courses, basic first aid for children, and refresher training to help participants maintain their skills. The company also provides water-safety services and lifeguard education, including lifeguard examinations, a competency-based lifeguard first-aid course, and safety support for events. It offers instruction to prepare participants for lifeguard and open-water instructor assessments.

HeartMate works with clients to create relevant, flexible courses that build practical skills, teamwork, and confidence. The company encourages regular refresher training, noting that first-aid courses should be renewed every two years, and invites prospective clients to discuss their needs and request a quote.
