Heart of Grace is a foundation focused on improving the well-being and opportunities of children in deprived communities across Ghana. It supports financially disadvantaged children from infancy onward, providing financial and technical assistance intended to help them develop, support their families, and contribute to their communities. Beneficiaries are selected with consideration for academic achievement and socioeconomic circumstances.

The foundation’s work centers on education, health, and development. Its priorities include improving children’s access to education, shelter, food, healthcare, and economic opportunities, while helping create child-friendly school environments where children can pursue their aspirations. Heart of Grace also highlights skills development and youth employment, including areas such as agribusiness, entrepreneurship, apprenticeships, construction, tourism, and sports, alongside career guidance, coaching, and work-based learning.

Through projects including Life is Wealth, Chance for Change, and Dare to Develop, the foundation seeks to advance its mission. People can support its work through donations and volunteering, helping invest in the lives of young people and contribute to solutions for children in Ghana.
