Heartscape

Heartscape, also known as The Midlife Compass, offers compassionate support for people navigating midlife and beyond. Based in Helston, Cornwall, the practice provides in-person and online services focused on self-care, emotional wellbeing, nervous system support and energy healing. Founded by Emma, a polyvagal-informed holistic therapist, Heartscape helps clients respond to challenges such as menopause symptoms, exhaustion, anxiety, stress and disconnection with greater self-understanding and steadiness.

Its offerings include personalised one-to-one sessions combining nervous system support, holistic counselling and energy strengthening, as well as workshops and resources for developing self-trust and compassionate self-care. Circles and retreats provide opportunities for connection, rest and restoration. The approach is whole-person and designed to complement other menopause therapies, including hormone replacement therapy. Emma’s qualifications include training in polyvagal-informed coaching, Reiki, holistic counselling and life coaching, crystal therapy, and Soul Plan practice. Heartscape also shares supportive insights, news and events through a newsletter, which offers subscribers a free practice for moments when life feels overwhelming.
