Heat Halden

Heat Halden is a training, martial arts and wellness centre in Halden, Norway, welcoming people of different ages and fitness levels. Its offerings include a self-service gym and instructor-led classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Taekwondo, boxing and kickboxing.
