Heaven Mail is a personal and professional email service for individuals, families, freelancers and small businesses. It offers an alternative to mainstream email platforms, with custom mailboxes hosted on infrastructure the company controls and a focus on privacy, portability and open standards. Customers can use a Heaven Mail address or, on eligible plans, connect their own domain. The service supports standard IMAP and SMTP, so mailboxes work with Apple Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird and Heaven Mail’s webmail. Its infrastructure uses Postfix and Dovecot, and mailbox storage is encrypted at rest. Servers and backups are located in Germany and elsewhere within the EU.

A free plan includes one mailbox, 1 GB of storage and a heavenmail.com address. Pro adds support for a personal domain, five mailboxes and 10 GB per mailbox. Business offers unlimited mailboxes, 50 GB per seat, shared inboxes, an admin console and a 99.9% service-level agreement. Users can export their email as an mbox file, and paid plans include priority support or dedicated onboarding.
