Lara Sondermann is a midwife based in Bochum, Germany, supporting expectant parents and families through pregnancy, the early weeks after birth, and breastfeeding. She provides home-based pregnancy check-ups and visits families after hospital discharge, often almost daily during the initial postnatal period.
