The course programme covers preparation for birth, postnatal recovery and fitness for mothers, activities for parents, babies and young children, pelvic-floor sessions, and movement, fitness and health. Hebammerei Rheingau also provides support and training opportunities, with a focus on both practical and emotional wellbeing. Its stated priority is the wellbeing of parent and baby, supported by experienced care and personal attention. With several venues across the region, the organization aims to make its services accessible close to home.
