Heceta Lighthouse Bed & Breakfast offers a distinctive year-round stay in the historic Lightkeeper’s Home at Heceta Head, near Yachats, Oregon. Established in 1894, the cottage is part of a lightstation listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is operated by WR Trillium Inc. under a concessionaire permit in partnership with the U.S. Forest Service.
Guests can choose from six rooms furnished with antiques, cozy down duvets, and carefully appointed comforts. The property’s setting on a cliff above the Pacific provides ocean and beach views, with paths leading from the home to the shore and the nearby lighthouse. Visitors can enjoy nighttime walks beneath the stars and see the lighthouse’s First Order Fresnel lens shining above the coast.
