Hedge

Hedge creates software designed to simplify the demanding, repetitive parts of video production and post-production workflows. Its apps help creative teams manage media from the moment footage is copied through editing, review, collaboration, and long-term archiving. OffShoot securely copies, verifies, organizes, and logs video, audio, stills, and other assets across storage types, while FoolCat generates camera reports with metadata and shareable HTML or PDF exports.

EditReady prepares footage by creating color-managed proxies and exports in different formats, color spaces, and resolutions. For collaboration, PostLab tracks project-file changes and team activity, and Mimiq provides bin-locking for Avid Media Composer across a range of storage solutions. ScopeBox offers video scopes and integrates with major editing and color-grading applications.

Canister simplifies LTO tape archiving, while Arctic helps users locate media and reclaim space in Final Cut Pro libraries. Together, Hedge’s products address media transfer, transcoding, collaboration, quality review, and backup, helping creatives spend less time managing technical obstacles and more time on their work
