Erfgoedvereniging Bond Heemschut is the largest and one of the oldest private associations for the protection of cultural monuments in the Netherlands. Since 1911, dedicated citizens have been actively working towards the appreciation and preservation of valuable monuments and cultural landscapes. With over 5,000 members, including more than 150 volunteers organized in 13 committees, they are committed to safeguarding buildings and areas at risk.

Their provincial committees address local issues, while a separate committee focuses on Amsterdam. Their activities include organizing excursions to unique cities and areas, providing members with unique experiences. Additionally, Heemschut publishes a tijdschrift (magazine) that members can access digitally.
