Heerlijk Zwanger

Heerlijk Zwanger is an Amsterdam-based pregnancy and postpartum wellness practice founded by Hannah Nieuwenhuis, a massage therapist and mother of two. The brand supports people through pregnancy and the period after birth with courses, workshops, and treatments designed to offer care and relaxation during this important stage of life. Its services include pregnancy massage, postpartum and maternity massages, a private pregnancy-massage course, labor-induction support, and baby-massage workshops. Heerlijk Zwanger also offers gift vouchers.

A featured course teaches participants to give a complete pregnancy or postpartum massage using water cushions. According to the website, the training covers practical techniques and information about pregnancy, and prepares participants to provide massages lasting 60 to 90 minutes, adapted to individual needs and concerns. The practice’s approach looks beyond pregnancy alone, addressing care for both the expectant parent and the postpartum period. Through her work, Hannah brings her experience and passion for massage to clients seeking courses, workshops, or personal treatments.
