Heidi Martinez Coaching

Heidi Martinez Coaching supports midlife women who want to change their relationship with alcohol, feel better in their bodies, and follow through on personal goals. Founded by coach Heidi Martinez, the practice draws on her experience of getting caught in cycles of overdrinking, regret, and stop-start efforts to improve her health. Her approach focuses on understanding the thoughts and patterns behind those cycles rather than relying on willpower, self-criticism, or repeated fresh starts.

Through coaching, Heidi helps clients explore where they are, clarify where they want to be, and identify what may be getting in the way, in a nonjudgmental and supportive setting. Her work addresses alcohol-related concerns alongside broader healthy-living goals, including eating habits, exercise, consistency, confidence, and wellbeing. The coaching is especially relevant to women navigating midlife changes, including perimenopause and menopause, when sleep, mood, energy, and alcohol’s effects may shift. Heidi Martinez Coaching offers a free introductory call for prospective clients and aims to help women build a more fulfilling, alcohol-free or lower-alcohol life on their own terms.
