Heightened Connections

Heightened Connections is a relationship coaching, education, and speaking business led by Marcy Rich, a relationship coach, speaker, and educator. Based in Scottsdale and serving clients throughout the United States, the business helps people understand relationship challenges and strengthen how they relate to themselves and others. Its approach draws on coaching, educational resources, and assessments to help clients build greater awareness and improve their connections.

Heightened Connections supports individuals at different stages of life, including singles seeking fulfilling relationships, people navigating fragile or changing partnerships, and those coping with divorce. Couples can seek help preparing for marriage, addressing marital issues, considering a breakup, or enriching a committed relationship. The business also works with families facing concerns such as aging parents, adult children, in-law relationships, and stepfamily dynamics. For organizations, it offers support around teams, partnerships, client and vendor relationships, employee relations, and colleagues.

A central part of Marcy Rich’s work is the Becoming a Relationally Intelligent Mensch movement, an educational and coaching experience that encourages honor, humility, integrity, self-restraint, and sensitivity to others. Heightened Connections aims to help people create more supportive and satisfying relationships in both personal and professional life.
