Heike Meier offers training and coaching to help children, young people, and adults build confidence and meet life’s challenges. Her work brings together mental training, violence prevention, self-assertion, and self-defence techniques, with the aim of helping participants respond to difficult situations and pursue personal goals. Programmes include karate, kickboxing, and Skyboxing, as well as violence-prevention and self-defence courses for kindergartens, schools, and children.
Heike also provides children’s birthday activities and mental training focused on goal-setting, concentration, and preparation for sport, work, and everyday life. Her developmental coaching explores feelings and emotions, supported by characters and stories such as Löwi & Wolfi, Lumi & Wumi, and Igel Picks. Relaxation offerings include calming stories that can be paired with massage and shared listening.
Feedback from schools, childcare centres, families, and athletes highlights practical exercises, playful learning, and support for self-confidence. Through courses, coaching, stories, and related materials, Heike Meier aims to help people become stronger, more self-assured, and better equipped to move forward
