Heinrich is a flexible communications platform from NETHINKS that brings telephony, ERP systems and Microsoft 365 together in one central solution. Designed for businesses, organisations and associations, it replaces rigid phone systems with a modular setup that can adapt to different teams and working practices. Users can manage employee availability, contacts and conferences through an intuitive interface, while cloud access enables communication from any location using a web browser. A Session Border Controller is included for security.

Heinrich offers an Operator Board for monitoring availability, calls, call queues and service numbers in real time. Its Softclient supports calls through a browser or Android and iOS smartphones, and its Microsoft Teams integration can synchronise presence status. Custom Apps provide tailored functions and workflow automation. Customers can choose cloud hosting in a German data centre or an on-premise deployment, select from several support levels, and configure the service for their user count. NETHINKS also offers live demonstrations and a reseller programme, alongside professional guidance and support for implementation and ongoing use.
