Hejm Dining

Hejm Dining brings a restaurant-style gourmet experience into customers’ homes, offering a relaxed way to celebrate anniversaries, weddings, or an evening with friends. The brand prepares food from scratch, including house-made stocks, soups, sauces, and sourdough bread made with flour milled on a small stone mill. Its cooking combines familiar, nostalgic flavours with new ideas, and may feature ingredients foraged in the Danish countryside.

For a booking, the team arrives about an hour before guests to set up in the customer’s kitchen. Hosts provide glasses, cutlery, and napkins; Hejm Dining brings plates and the other equipment needed. The evening lasts around four hours, with each course presented at the table. The team also clears and washes the equipment it has brought.

The menu can include three gourmet snacks, a four-course meal, a wine pairing, coffee, and a cocktail, with customers choosing which elements they want. Prices apply to groups of four to twelve, and dietary allergies can be accommodated when shared at booking.
