About Hela Sverige
Hela Sverige, founded in 1989, is an organization dedicated to achieving balance between urban and rural areas. We believe that everyone, regardless of where they live, should have equal opportunities and conditions for development. Unfortunately, the prevailing urban norm often leads to the neglect of rural regions.
We strive to change this by advocating for the importance of rural communities and their needs. At Hela Sverige, we work towards creating a Sweden where city and countryside coexist harmoniously. We focus on various areas such as housing, digitalization, financing, sustainability, infrastructure, culture, local influence, and regional development.
By addressing these issues, we aim to ensure that both urban and rural areas have equal access to services, security, and opportunities for growth. Through our projects, events, and collaborations, we serve as a platform for local development and social innovation. We also provide resources and support to local development groups and associations, empowering them to make a difference in their communities.
