Held Together is a community-centered project that explores disability, care, and the relationships that help people survive and thrive. Rooted in disability justice, mutual aid, and interdependence, it centers disabled, chronically ill, neurodivergent, and queer experiences while welcoming anyone interested in building more reciprocal ways of living. Its work is guided by the idea that care is shared across communities: people both give and receive support, and no one should have to meet every need alone.

Held Together offers a podcast featuring conversations with disabled guests and members of the host’s care web, illuminating disabled life, care work, and inter-abled relationships. Its other offerings include interactive workshops, webinars, retreats, storytelling events, community gatherings, and facilitated peer support groups for disabled and chronically ill people. These spaces invite participants to share lived experience, examine ableism, strengthen relationships, and practice collective care. Through these offerings, Held Together aims to reduce isolation and foster connection, trust, and community across difference.
