Paardenmassage Helen Jones provides equine massage and bodywork focused on helping horses move comfortably, stay supple and support their overall wellbeing. Practitioner Helen Jones is an all-round horse masseuse, Equine Myofascial Release Therapist and Masterson Method® Certified Practitioner, Mentor and Coach. She has worked with different massage techniques since 2016 and is accredited by the professional associations VPSN and CAT.

Each treatment is tailored to the individual horse. Helen observes movement, muscle tension and the horse’s responses, using careful, whole-body assessment to identify areas that may need attention. Her services include the Masterson Method®, sport massage and myofascial release therapy, with functional taping also listed among her techniques. Treatments aim to support circulation, relaxation, balance, body awareness, flexibility and freedom of movement, while helping maintain healthy soft tissues and support injury prevention.

Helen works with care for both horse and owner, explains her approach and collaborates with other equine professionals when appropriate. She respects the limits of her role and refers horses to a veterinarian when veterinary care is needed.
