Helfer Herz

Helfer Herz provides practical first-aid, emergency-response and safety training for individuals, businesses, schools, childcare and care facilities, and emergency personnel. Its courses are led by experienced, officially certified instructors and emphasize clear teaching, realistic scenarios and hands-on practice rather than theory alone. The program includes first aid for driving students, children, families, workplaces and educational settings; San 48 and First Responder training; fire-safety instruction for fire wardens; and emergency training for businesses, care, education and response teams.

Additional services include hygiene training, vision tests for driving-license applicants, school first-aider training and workplace medical services. Helfer Herz can arrange training at clients’ premises, bringing the required equipment and materials, or offer courses at its own locations. Flexible scheduling includes weekday, weekend and group appointments, with open sessions available for some private participants.

The team helps customers identify an appropriate course, coordinates the schedule and delivery, and provides recognized certificates and course handouts upon successful completion. Its aim is to make essential safety skills understandable, useful and accessible
