Helicopters Kauai

Jack Harter Helicopters is a locally owned, family-operated tour and charter company serving Kauai, Hawaii. The business says it has provided helicopter tours since 1962, with three generations of the family involved and a longstanding focus on safety, service, and the island community.

Visitors can choose from several sightseeing flights, including a 60- to 65-minute doors-off tour aboard an MD500E, a doors-on tour in an AStar, and the Doors-Off Heart of the Island tour. Flights showcase Kauai’s waterfalls, beaches, canyons, cliffs, tropical valleys, and volcanic interior. Pilots point out notable island scenery, including locations used in films. Tour options have different age requirements and aircraft features, and the website offers online booking.

The company also provides private helicopter charters for special occasions, aerial photography and videography, location scouting, flower showers, external-load transportation, and off-airport transportation. Charter flights are available in MD500E and AStar aircraft. Jack Harter Helicopters also highlights support for the Kauai Forest Bird Recovery Project through donations.
