Heli Systems

Heli Systems FZE is a Sharjah, UAE-based company developing discreet indoor-comfort technology for luxury residences and the developers and property operators who manage them. Its approach brings room sensing, a proposed cartridge-delivery system and planned servicing together, with attention to both interior design and ongoing property care.

The collection includes HeliOS, a room-sensor concept intended to provide building teams with temperature and relative-humidity information. Its proposed customisable glass face is designed to sit discreetly within an interior. HeliFlow is a cartridge-delivery concept incorporating ectoin, a molecule studied for water-binding and protective properties. Heli Systems is researching this application; benefits from aerosol delivery have not been established, and safety, exposure, hygiene, HVAC compatibility and performance require independent testing before occupied use.

The company is also planning cartridge-exchange options, product-specific team training, and client and technician portals for room information, service scheduling and maintenance records. Hardware, integration and service details remain in development.
