Helix Support Services

Helix Support Services is an NDIS support provider serving participants in Newcastle and the Central Coast of New South Wales. Its mission is to empower people with disability to live fulfilling lives through person-centred support that promotes independence, choice and control. The team helps participants understand and navigate the NDIS, connect with services and make effective use of their plans.

Services include NDIS access request support, Support Connection, Level 1 Support Coordination, Level 2 Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching. Support coordinators work with participants to identify suitable services, address challenges and coordinate supports around individual needs and goals. The organisation also provides advocacy and works collaboratively with families and other professionals to help achieve positive outcomes.

Helix Support Services emphasises respectful, transparent and reliable assistance, with a commitment to helping people access the supports they need.
