Heller Martial Arts

Heller Martial Arts is a martial arts and fitness school located at 1522 Stone Street in Falls City, Nebraska. With more than 20 years of martial arts experience, it offers classes for children, youth, adults, and families, combining traditional training, practical self-defense, and fitness.

The TaeKwonDo program pairs traditional martial arts with newer techniques and self-defense skills, encouraging physical and mental development. Kickboxing offers a full-body workout that blends elements of TaeKwonDo, boxing, Krav Maga, aerobics, and other training. Krav Maga classes teach participants to protect themselves in a range of situations while improving fitness and fighting ability.

Shadow Moogi Kids is designed for children ages four to six, helping them begin their martial arts journey through activities that build confidence, teach respect, and make learning fun. Heller Martial Arts also provides camps, seminars, short courses, and group activities for youth groups and teams. New students can try classes during a free trial week, as noted on the website.
