Hellerup SkydeSelskab, also known as HSS, is a shooting club for people interested in recreational and competitive target shooting. The association offers weekly Thursday training with rifles and pistols, and welcomes prospective members who would like to try the sport. Its programme includes pistol and rifle activities, competitions, club events, calendars, and results.
Training follows a seasonal schedule. From September through April, members practise indoors at DGI-byen in Copenhagen from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. During summer, from May through August, sessions move outdoors to Kalvebod on Amager, running from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The club also participates in and helps organise shooting events, including open 15-metre competitions in collaboration with other Copenhagen-area shooting associations. Its website provides information about training times, prices, membership, activities, events, and safety rules, along with contact details and links to national shooting organisations. Hellerup SkydeSelskab is based at Byggervangen 24, 2100 Copenhagen Ø, and offers opportunities to practise target shooting and take part in organised club activities.
