Helocast

Helocast, a service of Texas-based Modulagent LLC, provides small, senior, cleared engineering teams for government programs. Its work focuses on secure AI, DevSecOps, and Kubernetes, with engagements delivered on the client’s infrastructure. Each team typically includes two to five engineers and works to a fixed scope and price, aiming to transfer lasting capability rather than create ongoing dependence.

Helocast’s services include building government-owned agentic AI and retrieval-augmented generation platforms, enabling AI development workflows, designing human-in-the-loop security operations, and hardening agent deployments. The team also optimizes Kubernetes and AI infrastructure, including GPU, networking, observability, and cost, and prepares authorization evidence such as control mappings, software bills of materials, and documentation for continuous authorization.

Engagements begin with no-cost discovery and a roadmap, then move through delivery, training, and handover. Clients retain the resulting systems, documentation, runbooks, templates, and skills. Helocast reports experience supporting Navy, Air Force, and joint AI programs, including work in air-gapped classified environments across impact levels IL2–IL6. It can also deliver fixed-scope work packages under prime contracts.
