The site also offers a grief blog, trusted books and online resources, and a free guide to choosing a grief counselor, helping individuals and families navigate loss and identify support that fits their needs.

Help4Grief.com is owned and administered by The Oaks Counseling Center. The site features counseling services from Karen Liebold, a licensed clinical professional counselor whose areas of focus include grief, medical advocacy, depression, anxiety, life-limiting illness, end-of-life concerns, and parenting neurodivergent people and people with disabilities. Services are available by telehealth and in person, with a flexible fee and a free 15-minute consultation. The center also provides grief education, workshops, and debriefing services for professionals.
