Help Alliance is an independent Australian matching service that connects people and families with local NDIS and aged care providers who can meet their support needs and start when required. Rather than providing care itself, the service sends a request to relevant providers; only those with availability can accept and receive the person’s contact details. Families and older Australians can use Help Alliance for free, with no obligation to choose a provider and no sale of personal information.
Users submit one request describing the support they need, their suburb and how it will be funded. Providers who accept can then contact them directly, while the user remains free to choose whom to speak with or engage. Help Alliance can help people find support workers, personal care, cleaning, gardening, meals, transport, nursing, therapy, respite, home care package providers, support coordination, plan management, supported living, home modifications and behaviour support. Funding may come through the NDIS, Support at Home, CHSP, DVA or private payment.
