Helping Hand Charity, established in 1997 by the dedicated medical staff at the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children, is an independent organization committed to improving the lives of young patients in their care. With a focus on providing support for “The Children’s Hospital,” Helping Hand addresses the increasing funding needs arising from pressures on the National Health Service. The charity plays a crucial role in obtaining essential medical equipment, funding research, and offering educational resources, all aimed at enhancing care for children and their families.
As a vital part of the community since 1873, the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children is Northern Ireland's primary pediatric facility, offering specialized care for various pediatric conditions. By partnering with Helping Hand through donations, sponsorships, or event participation, supporters can directly contribute to life-saving initiatives and services that benefit the hospital’s young patients. Together, we can make a significant difference in child healthcare. For more information on involvement and support opportunities, please reach out to Helping Hand.
